Sunday Toss-Offs

A few things I've learned in life:

1)  Make sure you aren't allergic to anything in your cake.

2)  It's a pretty good idea to make sure the mattress isn't lumpy before you make your bed.

3)  The grass is just as dry and brown over there.

As a frequent visitor of Ireland, I disagree.

An island nation with no navy.

I can't remember who I stole it from. Pat Conroy?

Gimme an F...

1. Eat more frosting and less cake, and then you will not have to worry so much what's in the cake.

2. With the right amount of frosting, even the lumpiest of lumps smooth out.

3. Under enough frosting, all grass is green and new.

As long as it's buttercream and only buttercream, not that disgusting fondant. What can I say, I'm old school.

Yeah but that grass over there can be watered with a new hose. Over here we just got the same old hose.

Ohhh darlin' I can only wish fro dry and brown after one of the wettest Junes on record.

You know dirt is amazing? you would swear it was clean, but if you get enough rain, everything that ever thought of being an organism with germinate and spread it's evil everywhere it can go.

(can you tell I did some weeding today?)
