We're All A Little Monkish

The P occasionally sorts her M&M's.

Ever since I moved into my railroad apartment with NO sink in the bathroom, my toothbrush lives next to my kitchen sink. And then, hearing somewhere that toilets spray a mist of something like 10 feet when you flush them -- I cannot STAND to have my toothbrush in a room with a toilet in it. GROSS.

How are you Monkish?

Good news! In several experiments to test this theory of the toilet spray there was found to be a total myth. On Mythbusters (love that show) they found that the same bacteria to the same degree could be found on a toothbrush right next to a toilet vs one in a separate room with no proximity to a toilet. The grossness factor was eventually found to be related to what was in a person's MOUTH, not what was in the air.

So you are free to brush your teeth while you shit again! YAY!
